Where we have a background in property development spanning more than 35 years in and around the Cambridge area, but now focussing on Dyason Developments Ltd specifically set up in 2017 for site acquisition and property development now specialising in ‘difficult’ sites with a previous but unsuccessful history in planning terms, where we resolve the issues and find creative solutions resulting in satisfactory planning outcomes.
